Quant Risk Consultant - Graduate/Entry level – London – 6 month contract

My client a leading financial markets company is searching for a Quant Risk Consultant to join the quantitative risk team.

The role would be responsible for analysing the existing risk frameworks and models, looking at risk mitigation, back testing and reporting.

The role is initially offered on a 6 month contract, with a competitive daily rate of £235 and will be based in the City in London, this position will be on site full time.

Key Requirements:

  • PhD or Masters degree in Maths/Finance/ Computer Science or a related degree 
  • Programming skills in C#, C++, R, Python or SQL is required 
  • Exposure to quantitative finance, derivatives or risk management through academic studies is highly advantageous
