Quantity Surveyor - M&E Consultancy

Based in South Manchester

Looking for £50,000-£65,000 + Car + Benefits

Leading M&E Consultancy are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team assisting in project management and ensuring the financial element of projects is forecasted accurately and the standards of the business are maintained ensuring work schedules are met.

The Quantity Surveyor role is the perfect opportunity for an applicant looking for a company that can career stability and progression. Established over 50 years ago they have developed into an industry leader in their field, have seen tremendous growth and continue to expand as an organisation.

Typical projects are across the Commercial Sector and include sites such as health care, education and industrial. The successful Quantity Surveyor will need industry recognised qualifications, come from a M&E or Construction background and be able to demonstrate extensive project knowledge across the North-West.

Skills Summary

5+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor or similar field

Have knowledge of projects across the M&E or construction market

Be based around the South Manchester area.

Full driving license
