An International Cost Management Consultancy are seeking a dynamic Quantity Surveyor who would thrive working on super size, Central London projects within the built environment.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Initially, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a super prime, residential project (£500m) where you will help procure the fit out.

Additionally, the Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the clients, and work on a £400m mixed use scheme (private house/later living).

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Ideally MRICS, if not - working towards
  • Previously/currently working for a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
  • Experience of working on real estate / built environment projects
  • Pre and post cost management experience
  • Professional, bright, client facing character
  • Minimum of 4 years' quantity surveying experience
