The Partners of a Quantity Surveying consultancy in Central London are seeking a Quantity Surveyor interested in building a long term career with a small practice which offers a direct route to Partner.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working alongside the current Partners, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall work on a mixture of high end/super prime residential, including a £60M private house and also an impressive Country Estate.

The Quantity Surveyor will also work on commercial projects, pre and post contract, including offices, hotels, and private schools.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying / RICS accredited degree
  • 3+ years' Quantity Surveying experience
  • Worked for a PQS/Consultancy practice
  • Pre contract experience
  • Comfortable working in a small team
  • High end residential and Commercial project experience is a plus
