Quantity Surveyor
Wellingborough
Hours - Full time
Salary - £Competitive plus bonuses.

Our client, a leading company within their industry, are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Department. 

They are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of the financial and contractual side of window replacement projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Prepare and manage the application and payment processes on all Contracts
  • Negotiate and procure materials and subcontractor services.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Provide advice on contractual claims.
  • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare reports, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the window replacement or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations..
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
