Our client, a Construction Consultancy, based in Tewkesbury, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The Quantity Surveyor will be working on a range of sectors including; Housing, Healthcare, Education, Commercial & Industrial, Retail, Leisure and Interiors. The Quantity Surveyor will be working on schemes from £500k - £5M plus working from tender stage to final account. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and established construction consultancy that has won multiple awards.

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration
  • Salary: £40k - £60k DOE (guide only- open to discussion)

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
  • Prior experience as a PQS on similar projects
  • Prior experience with Pre & Post Contract Duties
  • Knowledge of JCT Contracts
  • Full UK driving license
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying Degree or similar (not essential if qualified via experience)
