The company:
A multi-disciplined national design & build main contractor specialising in delivering new build schemes all sectors of the construction sectors.
The role:
As the Project Surveyor you will be working under a Snr Quantity Surveyor and take responsibility for the procurement of multiple packages on a new build scheme. Your role will involve but not be limited to:
- Reviewing programme of works.
- Sending out tender documentation to subcontractors.
- Analysis of subcotractor tender packages.
- Subcontractor awards
- Package management
- Ongoing final accounting
- Preparation of cash flow forecasts
About you:
- Previous recent experience as a Project Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor.
- Qualified in a related field to HNC or above standard.
- Design & Build experience
