An entrepreneurial building consultancy with a unique set up is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor who has the ambition and desire to grow a Quantity Surveying offering in London.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Project wise, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working on landlord retail, industrial, and commercial based projects where you will carry out a full quantity surveying remit/service.

The unique opportunity here is that the Quantity Surveyor will get 40% of any fees you bring into the practice, once your costs have been covered, and there is no ceiling on what you can earn!

Who does this suit?

  • An experienced Quantity Surveyor with good contacts and where salary is less important, or
  • A Quantity Surveyor who has wanted to go self-employed, but with the backing of a bigger practice, or
  • A Quantity Surveyor who has been overlooked for promotion by their current company

Provided you are motivated and client facing Quantity Surveyor, it could be you!

In Return?

  • £45,000 - £60,000 basic salary
  • £6,000 London allowance
  • £20,000 guaranteed bonus for your first year
  • Uncapped commission paid quarterly
  • No requirement to be in the office
  • Full backing and support of the business

If you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, then please contact Daniel Foster at Brandon James.
