Quantity Surveyor

A distinguished Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy based in Gloucester is eager to welcome a talented Quantity Surveyor to their vibrant and friendly team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will join a flexible, vibrant and collaborative team of 11 Quantity Surveyors, working closely alongside the Directors in a highly supportive environment.

This Consultancy engages in a wide range of sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Retail, Leisure, Office, Industrial, and Public. However, this role primarily concentrates on Private Residential projects valued between £500k and £10m, along with some Housing Association schemes.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a team passionate about ongoing staff development, offering full support for further education, additional courses, and Chartership. The Consultancy promotes a friendly and adaptable work culture, encouraging office presence three days a week with ample flexibility.

The Quantity Surveyor

Desired experience:

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
• Residential project experience is also highly desirable
• Eager for further professional development such as Chartership
