A locally based, Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy on the South Coast are seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor who would like to enjoy a better work/life balance.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Owners are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who can help deliver a mixture of hospitality, leisure, and commercial fit out projects for their blue chip clients. There is also some LA (residential and schools) to get involved in.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will provide a full cost management service, pre and post contract, whilst also having the opportunity to do more project management.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Minimum of 3 years quantity surveying experience
  • Worked within a PQS / Cost Consultancy environment
  • MRICS or working towards
  • Fit out project experience would be a plus
  • Client facing
  • Would enjoy working in a less corporate environment
