Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic, medium-sized international Construction & Property Consultancy with a presence across the UK, Europe, and Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their vibrant team in Leeds City Centre.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a team of 20 professionals, collaborating to serve a prestigious and expanding client base.

This role offers exposure to a variety of sectors within the built environment, ensuring a diverse and engaging project portfolio. Projects span across Healthcare, Retail, Heritage, Education, Hotel, Automotive, Commercial, and Residential sectors.

This opportunity comes with the promise of rapid career progression to a Senior Quantity Surveyor role as well as continuous professional development. The firm has a number of Chartered Surveyors and Directors who are keen to mentor and provide support with the APC with the help of their impressive internal APC programme.

The Quantity Surveyor

The new Quantity Surveyor will be professional, client facing and have previous experience working in a Consultancy environment. You will be ambitious and eager to work on an exciting multitude of projects and develop professionally with the APC. You will also have:

• A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS or currently working towards and in need of greater support
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Cost Consultancy (1 year minimum)
• A valid UK driving license

The company is happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £35,000 - £45,000
