About the Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll contribute to the success of essential construction initiatives by providing expert technical, contractual, and financial support. Your work will directly support the implementation of Blackpool Council's Corporate Asset Management Plan and the Capital Programme, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical, contractual, and financial Quantity Surveying services for construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support the implementation of the Corporate Asset Management Plan and the Council's Capital Programme.
• Undertake feasibility appraisals, create development estimates, and produce detailed reports to guide decisions on budgets, specifications, and timelines.
