A respected and dynamic construction consultancy, is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Chester team.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

In this role, the Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to support a variety of exciting projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, education, retail, and industrial.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for providing both pre and post contract services including cost estimates, feasibility studies, contract administration, value engineering and tender documentation.

The Chester office offers a collaborative and supportive working environment where innovation and professional development are highly valued, making this a fantastic opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor with the ambition to reach SQS level.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • A RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying
  • MRICS or actively working towards
  • Consultancy experience is preferred
  • Varied sector experience is a bonus
