A trusted property and construction consultancy are looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Manchester office.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

In this role, the Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in delivering cost consultancy services for a variety of exciting projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and leisure.

You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and advising clients on procurement strategies. From feasibility studies to final accounts, your expertise will ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to projects that make a tangible impact across the North West and beyond.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • A RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Consultancy experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
