Do you want to work at Stansted Airport?  Reed are now recruiting for Ramp Agents to work at Stansted Airport, these are Permanent vacancies offering 4 on, 4 off, 12 hours shift. Salary between £12.01 - £12.82.

Ramp Agent Experience would be desirable, but this is not essential as full training will be provided which will include, manual handling, airside driving permit (full UK driving licence mandatory to complete course), Dangerous goods and H&S.

You must be able to pass a DBS check and have a full 5-year checkable history.

Ramp Agent duties include;

  • Safely and efficiently load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft.
  • Marshal aircraft to and from gates, ensuring safe and precise positioning.
  • Operate ground service equipment
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures
  • Provide exemplary customer service to passengers and pilots, cabin crew etc
  • Ensure the working area is kept clean and tidy

What I need from you;

Ability to work 4 on, 4 off 12 hours shifts

Full UK driving licence

Full 5-year checkable history to pass DBS

Clear and concise communication skills

Ability to provide excellent Customer service

Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions

Ability to lift heavy objects
