Role: React Frontend Developer
Location: Kidderminster (Hybrid – 2 Days A Week In-Office)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Network IT are looking for a Front-End Developer who has exceptional experience using React. You will play a key role in developing user-friendly, performant interfaces against a robust ERP platform. You will work primarily on the frontend but also collaborate across the stack to deliver features that have a tangible impact on customers' day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop modern, responsive UI components using React, Hooks, and Context API
  • Build and maintain reusable component libraries for scalable UI development
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and backend developers to refine user experiences
  • Participate in Agile sprints and contribute to continuous delivery practices
  • Optimize performance and maintain high standards in accessibility and responsiveness
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues in production environments
  • Contribute to technical direction and implementation of best practices in frontend architecture
Experience
  • Proficient in React (including Hooks, Context, and state management)
  • Strong grasp of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • Experience integrating APIs into applications
  • Solid understanding of modern CSS design frameworks
  • Version control with Git
Desirable Experience
  • Experience with GraphQL for flexible data querying
  • Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library
  • Basic understanding of Docker and containerized development
  • Linux environment experience
  • Domain knowledge in ERP systems, order processing, or inventory management
