If I could join one HR team, this would have to be it. A small but friendly HR team who are, without question, the most fun I know! The HR Director is extremely talented, high energy, inspirational and is looking for an HR Manager to join the team in a brand-new role.

The team are very high performing, and they are looking for someone with a genuine passion for HR, plenty of motivation and energy, and above all someone who shares the need to have a laugh when the pressure is on. They share a passion for providing a first class HR service and are looking for someone who has a similar mindset.

This City based law firm is seeing positive growth, and as a result you will not have a narrow role, shared service or teams of specialists, but instead can expect a full generalist remit and plenty of involvement in some exciting projects. As the firm continues to grow, this will allow you the opportunity to develop your career and offer a unique opportunity to get involved in rewarding HR projects.

When we discussed the role, the HR Director mentioned that high on her wish list would be someone who would enjoy taking ownership of a small group of stakeholders as well as a number of exciting HR projects.

To be considered:

  • Senior level HR Advisor experience of 5 years+
  • Strong ER case management experience.
  • The ability to work autonomously but enjoy being part of a team.

They are hybrid working (4 days per week in the office) and if you are interested please apply for further details and a job description.
