Vibgyor Real Estate is a leading property consultancy firm in Dubai, with a reputation for excellence and exceptional client service. We are looking for driven and motivated Property Consultants to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, both buyers and sellers.
  • Conduct market research to stay current on market trends and property values.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including prospecting, referrals, and social media.
  • Improve your property listings with high-quality descriptions and photography.
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase properties effectively.
  • Negotiate offers and guide clients through the buying or selling process.
  • Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth closings.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of local real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and marketing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant technologies.
  • A passion for real estate and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
