Your new company

This Manchester law firm has an impressive real estate capability.

Your new role

This real estate solicitor role is for a partner to join the team. You will ideally have a broad range of real estate experience and be able to advise on a mix of L&T, investment and/or development work. This role is very much a strategic appointment for the firm as it looks to further strengthen its already robust real estate capability.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a real estate lawyer operating at partner level. You will be well connected and will have some form of client following and have a desire to grow the business.

What you'll get in return

This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate partner looking for a stable platform and home for their clients. The firm has a very positive culture and is well run. The financial package is negotiable depending on what you can bring to the role but will not disappoint.
