This Liverpool law firm is well placed and has a widely respected real estate team.

Your new role

This real estate solicitor role will see you join a good sized team that goes from strength to strength. You will handle a range of acquisitions and disposals work as well as investment and development matters. There will also be some corporate support work. The client list includes a number of larger corporates as well as SMEs.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a real estate lawyer at Senior Associate level. You will have a well rounded skill set. There is no requirement to have a client following but you should have an appetite for client development.

What you'll get in return

This is a rare opening for a commercial property lawyer to join a well run department. There is no glass ceiling in this role. The firm can certainly provide a good work/life balance. The salary is excellent and is negotiable depending on your experience.
