We have a wonderful Lender based near Watford who is looking for an experienced Loan technician or Case manager/Assistant Underwriter.

The main area of responsibility are :

  • Lending application forms analysis.
  • Broker due diligence.
  • Internal and external stakeholder communication regarding case progression.
  • Smart search administration.
  • Valuation and Solicitor instruction, including the obtaining of quotes.
  • Underwriting administration, collating loan files for underwriting assessment.
  • On boarding admin for surveyors and brokers and other third parties.

A suitable candidate will be/have:

  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to adapt to different computer systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and individually.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative,by way of collaboration between clients, introducer's and internal departments.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good time management skills.
