About the Role:

As an NQ Real Estate Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of (predominantly London-based) real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on investment, development, and asset management work. You will play a key role in multi-million pound transactions and have the chance to advise some of the largest investors in the country. Our client's Real Estate team is known for its expertise in both traditional real estate asset classes and alternative asset classes such as student accommodation, hotels and leisure, and the PRS sector.

About You:

To be successful in this role:

  • You must have trained in a recognised real estate department of a major or medium-sized firm.
  • You should have a genuine interest in and enthusiasm for the commercial property industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, along with a strong academic background.
  • Our client values ambition, commitment to business development, and client relationship management.
  • You should be commercially oriented, demonstrate good business acumen, and have a commitment to innovation.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial, along with strong organisational and time management skills.

What's in it for you?

Our client believes in rewarding and investing in their employees. They offer a competitive basic salary, which is reviewed annually, along with a generous bonus scheme. With a flexible, hybrid working policy, you can enjoy a healthy work-life balance. Other benefits include up to 25 days of holiday (rising to 28 days with service), a holiday exchange scheme, private medical insurance, enhanced parental leave, and reasonable adjustments and accommodations for disabled talent in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

At our client's organisation, they are committed to your ongoing training and development, supporting your professional goals and helping you thrive in your role from day one. They believe in building strong relationships with their clients, their people, and the communities they work in. If you are passionate about real estate law and want to work with a dynamic and agile team, this is the opportunity for you.
