Paralegal - Real Estate - Leading Law Firm, Brighton

Are you a driven and detail-oriented paralegal with a passion for real estate law? Our client, a prestigious law firm in Brighton, is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their esteemed Real Estate team.

Location: Central London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist solicitors with a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and reports.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate and manage due diligence processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

Requirements:
