Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all stages of real estate transactions.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on properties and contracts.
  • Prepare and review legal documents and agreements related to property matters.
  • Stay informed about changes in real estate law and regulations.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, and other parties.
  • Support the legal team with various administrative tasks as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A bright and enthusiastic individual eager to join our team.
  • Previous Paralegal experience is essential, ideally in commercial property, residential conveyancing, or real estate. However, candidates with experience in other areas of law will also be considered.
