About the Role

Our client is looking for a committed Solicitor to become part of their vibrant Residential Property team in Bishop's Stortford. This is an excellent chance to progress your career by handling high-quality property work within a respected and growing firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on residential property transactions, including the purchase and sale of homes, drafting contracts, lock-out agreements, and property transfers.
  • Handling re-mortgages and equity release matters.
  • Providing guidance on shared ownership transactions and lease extensions.

What You'll Need:

While the following skills and qualifications are desirable, we encourage applications from candidates who may not meet every requirement:

  • A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 2 years of PQE in residential property law.
  • A commercially minded and strategic thinker who provides practical legal advice tailored to clients' needs.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
