Director of Fundraising - Real Estate Funds
Location: London, UK
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

A leading real estate investment manager is seeking a highly driven Director of Fundraising to lead capital-raising efforts across its institutional and private investor base. With a strong track record in UK and European real estate, this firm has successfully launched and managed a range of real estate funds, including core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic strategies.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to attract institutional investors, family offices, and wealth managers.
  • Manage and expand relationships with LPs across the UK, Europe, and beyond.
  • Lead capital-raising initiatives for existing and new real estate funds, focusing on commercial and alternative real estate sectors.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on investor relations and product positioning.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, roadshows, and investor meetings.


Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of fundraising experience within real estate or alternative investments.
  • Strong track record of raising capital from institutional investors and private capital sources.
  • Deep understanding of real estate investment structures, fund management, and investor preferences.
  • Established network of LPs, including pension funds, insurance companies, and wealth managers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive fundraising initiatives independently.
