JOB TITLE: Real Estate Tax Solicitor
PQE: 4+ PQE
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: Dependent on experience

OVERVIEW:
• Due to the expanding practice, this award winning practice is looking to appoint an experienced Real Estate Tax Solicitor to their growing team.
• Providing expert advice across real estate tax matters including property acquisitions, development projects and portfolio management as well as handling the real estate tax implications in regards to corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A).,
• Dealing with a varied client base, you will be working on behalf of landlords, corporate investors, occupiers along with owners and possibly charities and public sector bodies.
• The role will be diverse and involve a real mix of matters and if your looking for a supportive and collaborative environment where there are genuine prospects for career development.
• Qualified Lawyers will have a minimum of 4 years PQE ideally advising on all types of real estate tax matters.
• You will also possess a strong understanding of tax laws and their application to real estate transactions.
