We are seeking a dedicated Rebates Clerk to join our Accounting & Finance team in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should be adept in maintaining financial records, reconciliation and ensuring accuracy in transactions.

Description

  • Assisting with the processing of rebate claims in a timely manner.
  • Performing reconciliation of rebate accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinating with the sales team to resolve any rebate discrepancies.
  • Preparing monthly rebate accruals and reporting.
  • Maintaining accurate records for audit purposes.
  • Providing ad hoc support to the Accounting & Finance team as required.

Profile

A successful Rebates Clerk should have:

  • A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent level of Excel - Pivot tables, V-look-ups, macros
