Reception Administrator CONTRACT
Reception and Administrator cover required for a 1 year maternity cover contract to commence ASAP. Working 37.5 hours a week flexibly between 8.00am - 5.30pm, core reception cover will be between 9.00am - 3.00pm. Yearly salary £22,308.
Duties:
- Reception cover 9.00am - 3.00pm
- Social media and marketing support
- Data entry, ensuring the database is up to date
- Administration tasks to assist the HR team
- Technology support; issuing and returning items, liaising with the external IT company for new starters, leavers etc.

Experience required:

- Previous administrative or reception experience is beneficial
