A growing legal company in the heart of London are seeking a Reception Coordinator to join their busy team!

Your new role

  • Greet clients and visitors at Ground Floor Reception.
  • Interact with visitors and handle enquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager and assist contractors.
  • Monitor the Reception Inbox, answer calls, and take messages.
  • Forward messages to the relevant person.
  • Book rooms, meetings, and appointments.
  • Set up meeting rooms
  • Ensure quick turnaround for tidying and restocking.
  • Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Process payments
  • Assist the Management Team and Office Manager as needed.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role
  • You must have experience working within professional services, and it is highly desirable to have worked in a legal environment.
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive and proactive attitude to work and the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience dealing with confidential information
