Your new company
Hays is working with a four-form primary school that is larger than average. This Ofsted rated 'good' school is situated in south Birmingham (B17). The teaching staff have high expectations of the behaviour of pupils and pupils respond accordingly. They are calm, polite and helpful in and around the school.

Your new role
You will be joining a large school as a reception class teacher. You will be required to carry out the duties of a full class teacher, including supporting assessment with planning, preparation and assessment. The role is part-time (Wednesday - Friday) and is due to commence from September 2024.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified teacher (QTS). The school are happy to take on an experienced teacher or NQTs/ECTs and it would be advantageous to have experience in EYFS. You need to be a good team player, have good time management and behaviour management skills.

In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references.
