Receptionist - Luxury Independent Hospital

Up To £26,000 Per Annum DOE

Full Time / Permanent - 37.5 hours per week

Part time hours can also be offered

Are you a compassionate, clear and sympathetic person, passionate about delivering high quality services to patients?

This highly commended Independent Private Hospital are searching for a positive, empathic and organised Receptionist to join their team. This hospital has been providing excellent patient care over 100 years and pride themselves on their outstanding services including Orthopaedic, Gynaecology, Urology and much more.

As a successful Receptionist for this role, you should already have administrative experience within a hospital setting. You should have a customer focussed approach, as you will be the face of the hospital; working at the reception desk on a rotational basis. In this role, you will bridge the gap between the patient and the clinician - booking appointments and supporting the clinical team.

You should also be able to explain sensitive information in a clear, sympathetic and easily understood way. Working with patient records and data collection, you should be accurate and detailed with good IT and keyboard skills. Not only this, but you will be working within the clean and comfortable surroundings of a private hospital.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT Literacy Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use own initiative with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Thorough with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team

This prestigious hospital is based in Kingston-upon-Thames, commutable from Epsom, Croydon, Bromley, Woking, Slough, Orpington, Wembley and Hounslow.
