Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICT Teacher to join SEMH College in South East London.

Details:

ICT Teacher - With QTS

Full Time, 5 days per week

Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Start Date: Immediate

Immediate interviews available

Paid according to your teaching scale

Long term position with potential to turn into a permanent placement

Located in South East London, SE25

Parking on site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging ICT lessons tailored to SEMH students.
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
  • Monitor and report on student progress and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience teaching ICT in a SEMH school setting.
  • Proficiency with Edexcel/Pearson or City & Guilds curriculum.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of young people with SEMH needs.
  • Relevant teaching qualifications and certifications.
  • DBS on the update service
  • The right to work in the UK
