The receptionist at a journalism and media institute is the perfect way to be surrounded by culture and creativity. We are seeking someone with fantastic people skills and administrative experience to compliment them. The role is very people oriented so a warm welcoming atmosphere creator is imperative. 

Day to Day: 

  • Taking phone calls with enquiries. 
  • Keeping up to date with emails and enquiries regarding all aspects of the organisations. 
  • Liasing between departments to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day life. 
  • Making sure everyone coming in and out of the building feels welcomed and catered to. 
  •  Helping with the ordering and management of paper stock and other office supplies.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional organisation skills. 
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, with the ability to engage warmly with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Strong communication skills both in verbal and written, in order to effectively coordinate with visitors and team members. 
  • Experience in customer facing role, preferably within the lettings or hospitality industry.
