We are recruiting for a client in the Cannon Street area, this is a permanent position for a coporate company. The ideal candidate will have 1 years reception, or administration experience. This is a varied role which will involve working on reception, dealing with post, setting up meeting rooms, assisting the EA when required.
The client is seeking a 2nd Jobber who has previous experience of working in an office within administration
You must be smart and presentable with a good command of English, you will be interacting with various internal departments and external clients.
Switchboard - Cover Microsoft Teams (8am to 5:30pm - Monday to Friday
Dealing with office security, monitoring visitors etc
Dealing with Facilities, monitoring office equipment and cleaning service, prepare meeting rooms ensure reception area is stocked with tea and coffee etc
Dealing with post, franking and going to the post office when requried, booking couriers
Arrange and book car parking spaces for client and bicycle tags for staff members
Assist the EA with administration and overflow of typing when required
Deal with health and safety administration and book training for staff members
This is a very varied role who can work on their own and as part of a team
