Job Advert: Receptionist/Administrator - Glasgow (Full-Time)
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (Based on Experience)
Contract: Permanent

My client is a growing and dynamic organisation with expertise in a variety of sectors who pride themselves on delivering excellent service to their clients.


They are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join their Central Services Department in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and varied role within a reputable firm.

Key Responsibilities:
* General dispatch duties, including making deliveries and collections
* Opening, sorting, and distributing all post, including internal mail
* Copying and scanning of documents
* General switchboard and reception duties
* Booking and coordination of meeting rooms
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the manager


Experience & Skills:
* Previous experience working in an office environment.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a service team.
* High attention to detail and precision in completing tasks.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
* Proficient PC skills, including the ability to access and manage PC-based information, intranet, internet, and external contractor databases.
