Professional services company based in the heart of West Wales. They are seeing continued growth and success in their industry and, as such, are looking for a professional receptionist to join their company.

Your new role

  • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and directing visitors and clients professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments and manage phone enquiries efficiently.
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Maintain a presentable and organised reception area, ensuring the office is well maintained, including ordering office supplies and equipment.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with the use of office equipment.
  • Experience in a corporate office, in an administrative, reception or similar capacity OR
  • Prior experience working as a receptionist
  • Fluent in Welsh
  • The ability to work to a high standard, at all times, as well as under pressure.
