A vibrant, friendly business centre in Wootton Bassett is looking for a customer service advisor to join them

Based: Wootton Bassett
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm 37.5/wk
Salary: £23,500k PA


Do you have hospitality or administration and customer service skills? If so this role could be for you!

What will I be doing?
  • Opening and Closing of the business centre daily
  • Operate the reception area between 9am – 5pm
  • Welcome visitors to the centre & notify the company they are visiting
  • Collect, sort & distribute the post for all tenants
  • Sign for and distribute deliveries
  • Be the first point of contact for all tenant enquiries
  • Answer all telephone calls
  • Be the focal point for all conference enquiries, bookings and invoicing
  • Show potential clients around meeting rooms and offices
  • Keep up to date CRM database (Operate) with sales information on all prospective and existing clients
  • Manage the calendar and bookings for all meeting rooms
  • Assist with billing and invoicing and all other necessary administration duties
  • Coordinate the orders for conference supplies
  • Service all meeting room bookings (set up & break down)
  • Managing the centre's social media channels

You will be self-motivated, hands-on and exceptionally friendly and welcoming. This role will suit an authentic, people person who enjoys solving problems and creating a fantastic working environment. 

As you are the first point of contact for customers you will be well presented and professional.

This role involves general administration so IT skills will need to be up to date too!
