RECEPTIONIST AND FACILITIES MANAGER
  
A permanent opportunity as a Receptionist and Facilities Manager in a leading property investment company!   
  
RECEPTIONIST AND FACILITIES MANAGER ROLE:
  • Greeting external clients such as international investors and visitors
  • Answering phones and responding to emails, monitoring two email inboxes
  • Restocking facilities, snacks, and kitchen supplies (coffee, tea, milk)
  • Allocating meeting room bookings, and ensuring meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
  • Assisting the Office Manager with any ad hoc duties, events, or further administrative requests
  • Accepting and managing the deliveries of parcels
  • Processing invoicing and expenses
  • Organising food orders for a companywide breakfast once per week for an office of 100 people
RECEPTIONIST AND FACILITIES MANAGER ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum 12 months of admin and customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Experience with managing stakeholders
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with a pro-active working style
  • Tech savvy being proficient with Microsoft 365 and being able to pick on internal systems quickly
  • Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Inbox Management
  • Must be comfortable being fully office based and wearing corporate business attire
