A top finance firm have an exciting opportunity for a switched-on and personable part-time Receptionist to support a busy front of house in central London. The role is Monday – Thursday in the office between 8.30am -5.30pm or 9am-6pm and are offering £30-32k pro rata with some nice benefits. You will report to the reception manager – who is great!

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Meet and greet all visitors in a warm and professional manner
Operating a busy switchboard
Coffee and tea making
Booking taxis and cars
Meeting room maintenance, liaising with cleaners, and ordering supplies
Liaising with reception security and logging visitors
Liaising with catering and hospitality

 WHO YOU ARE
A sparky receptionist with a high attention to detail, looking for a dynamic and fast-paced work setting where you will provide support in a varied and ever-changing environment.

Requirements:
1+ years experience within a similar environment or hospitality
Well-presented, proactive and personable
A strong team player
Solid MS Office skills
Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure, with multiple priorities and ability to multitask
Top notch communication skills

They offer a competitive salary up to £32k DOE, with great benefits – pro rata
