Our client are looking for a Front of House Receptionist to support their existing team. This is a new role designed due to growth. The ideal candidate will have reception experience (ideally within professional services) and pride themselves on delivering a 5* level of customer service.

The role requires someone who is empathetic and confident both over the phone and in person due to the nature of the legal work this firm covers.

You will become the face of the business, working in a brand-new modern space that has been completed to the highest specification. This is a true reflection of the people-centric, forward-thinking firm that they are.

The position requires 5 days a week in the office based in the City.

You will be required to cover the following tasks:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with all incoming enquiries via the switchboard
  • Managing security passes
  • Manage meeting rooms, updating internal guest lists, and arranging refreshments or other requirements
  • Keeping the front of house area tidy
  • Assisting with in-house hospitality events
  • Provide cover and assistance to other departments which may include completing some administrative tasks

The reception area is open 8am-6pm each day, so there will be a rota between 8-5 and 9-6 which will be managed between the team.

This great opportunity is paying between £26,000-£28,000 depending on experience.
