Our client is seeking a Receptionist for an ongoing temporary assignment.

Duties to include the following

  • To be the first line of communication on the telephones, gaining correct information on the caller before passing on to relevant person.
  • Deal with incoming morning mail, plus any parcels/deliveries that come in throughout the day. To send faxes and forward faxes received to relevant personnel.
  • Organising all travel (flights/hotels/trains) for branch staff, as requested via email. Gaining authorisation for any travel request.
  • Organise the delivery and collection of parcels (TNT/Deadline couriers)
  • Scanning of remittances onto system to assist the credit control department.
  • Maintaining/ordering stationery supplies for the office.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on a busy and varied reception with good communication and system skills.
