Our well-established Private Multi-Disciplinary Clinic is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our visitors and patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficiently
- Handle patient data entry proficiently, maintaining accuracy and confidentially
- Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist in organising meetings and scheduling appointments
- Utilise computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Suite for office tasks
- Strong organisational skills to manage office operations effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette for client and colleague interactions
- Accurate and efficient typing skills for data entry
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles
