Our well-established Private Multi-Disciplinary Clinic is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our visitors and patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficiently
  • Handle patient data entry proficiently, maintaining accuracy and confidentially
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist in organising meetings and scheduling appointments
  • Utilise computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite for office tasks
  • Strong organisational skills to manage office operations effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette for client and colleague interactions
  • Accurate and efficient typing skills for data entry
  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles
