Your new company
A large manufacturing company located in Wrexham is looking for a Receptionist to join the team, in order to provide excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in various office tasks.

Your new role
As the first face of the company, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Other duties will include:

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Maintain office filing systems and keep records up to date
- Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently
- Use computerised systems for various clerical duties
- Manage emails and correspondence effectively
- Support staff with general administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role as well as:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

What you'll get in return
