Your new company is a well-established organisation based in the heart of Swansea. My client is looking for an experienced receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Your new role as a Receptionist will see you taking on a number of responsibilities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: using a switchboard, taking and relaying messages, meeting and greeting visitors, liaising with couriers and receiving deliveries, organising meeting room bookings and ensuring that these rooms are kept tidy, providing general administrative and secretarial support as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced receptionist who has experience operating a switchboard. You will require a great telephone manner, provide outstanding customer service and be methodical in your ways of working. The successful individual will require strong IT skills and administrative experience.
