Reed Oxford is thrilled to announce a partnership with a prestigious medical practice in Oxford. We're on the lookout for a dedicated receptionist to become a part of their dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Offer a warm welcome to patients and visitors, creating a friendly atmosphere.

- Efficiently manage the appointment system, ensuring a smooth patient experience.

- Conduct patient check-ins with precision and maintain up-to-date records.

- Guide patients within the facility, providing clear directions and assistance.

- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and connecting callers to the right department.

- Support patients with paperwork, safeguarding their privacy and personal information.

- Undertake administrative duties, maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.

- Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare staff, ensuring prompt attention to patient needs.

- Collaborate with medical professionals, contributing to the high standard of patient care.

**Working Hours & Salary:**

  • Flexible working options: Full-time (37.5 hours) or Part-time (22.5 hours).
  • Salary range: £22,308 per annum.(FTE)
  • Hours: Surgery open between 0800-18:00hrs Mon-Fri

We're seeking a confident, compassionate individual who excels in communication, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or via email. This bustling role requires a proactive approach to meet the evolving needs of the practice. The ideal individual will have had some previous receptionist experience.
