Your new role
This role is a receptionist position.


Responsibilities include:

- Oversee the operation and management of access gates into the site.- Issue sign-in cards, greet visitors, and direct them accordingly.
- Answer calls and enquiries, directing them to the relevant person.
- Manage visitor and contractor induction procedures, updating the register.
- Handle deliveries, organise couriers, and perform general administrative tasks (scanning, filing, etc.).
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manage fire roll call during evacuations.
- Set up meeting rooms and arrange catering and refreshments for meetings
