Receptionist in Colchester, ESSEX needed. 

Join a vibrant corporate environment that blends reception, administrative duties, and customer service. This role is based in stunning offices with a friendly team, where you will welcome clients and visitors, handle reception responsibilities, and coordinate events. Ideal candidates will have experience as a corporate or luxury hotel receptionist, or in a premium cabin crew role.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception and Visitor Management:

  • Warmly welcome employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Register guests and issue visitor passes.
  • Validate parking and provide directions.
  • Assist with meeting setups and manage office supplies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and site services.

Event Coordination:

  • Organize and support meetings and events.
  • Handle logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and AV setups.

Space Management (Moves, Adds, Changes - MAC):

  • Coordinate office space changes and manage locker allocations.

Internal Communications:

  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain databases and support internal communication efforts.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Track and respond to queries, maintain vendor relationships.
  • Support data collection and reporting.
  • Assist the Facility Manager with mailroom and facilities management tasks.

This position is ideal for those with strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing office tasks.
