Description

  • Meet and greet visitors to the building
  • Issue guest passes and sign visitors in and out
  • Manage meeting room bookings
  • Liaise with the facilities team and various departments
  • Report to the Front of House Manager
  • Adhere to health & safety and fire safety and be willing to undertake training

Profile

  • Previously worked in, or have a strong interest in the non-profit sector
  • Previously worked in a Receptionist/ Front House role
  • Excellent customer service skills and be presentable
  • Able to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
  • Must be able to work on-site 4 days per week
