Title: Receptionist

Location: South Yorkshire

Pay: £12.83 per hour including holiday pay

Hours: Either 37 hours per week or 14.5 hours (Thur and Fri)

Duration: until 25th October

Reed - Further Education are seeking 3 Receptionist for a South Yorkshire college.

What’s the day-to-day responsibilities of a receptionist?

  • Greeting visitors.
  • Managing security and telecommunications systems.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
  • Transferring calls as necessary.
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
  • Managing meeting room availability.

What are the required skills and qualifications needed for this role?

  • Previous customer service / receptionist experience
  • Able to work in a busy office environment
  • Be friendly and welcoming
  • DBS on update service or willingness to get
  • GCSE at grade C / 4 in English and Maths
